Returns and Exchanges We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. After delivery of your Shop City Girl package, Customers have 3 days to receive a full refund on returns less shipping costs as long as the product has not been worn or used and all original tags are attached and product is in original packaging. Customers have 10 days to exchange any unwanted merchandise, with the exception of jewelry, watches, handbags, silk flowers, lingerie, cosmetic accessories, sunglasses and custom-made items (such as personalized merchandise), which may not be returned or exchanged. Any returned item must be UNUSED, UNWORN and in its original packaging, if applicable. Returns will not be processed without prior approval and a Return Authorization Number (RA #); contact us via email before returning any merchandise to receive authorization for your return. A restocking fee may apply. All exchanges will be charged at least $5 for reshipment of exchanged item. Customers may choose to exchange or receive in-store credit. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after Order Confirmation. ShopCityGirl.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, please use a carrier that tracks your shipments. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All fraudulent transacations will be charged a fine based on the value of the purchase. All sale items are final.
